Don’t worry! It’s completely hassle-free! Whether you’re trying the "Lipstick Couture Experience" or "Colour Mixing," the steps are straightforward and easy to follow. Our on-site Colour Specialists will be there to guide and assist you, making it effortless to create your very own unique lipstick.

Absolutely! Children can join in on the fun of making lipstick! Our DIY lipstick experience is a popular activity for both parents and kids. It’s simple and guided by a Colour Specialist who will patiently assist everyone. We do recommend that parents stay nearby, as some steps involve machinery. Together, you can create a unique lipstick while enjoying quality time together!

Of course! Each experience allows a maximum of two participants. Your friend can join in on the fun for an additional $120, and they’ll receive an extra lipstick in the same formula, including the same texture, color, and scent.

If you have a third adult or child who isn’t participating in the lipstick-making, they’ll need to pay the full experience fee. However, if there are no seating constraints and the store isn’t too busy, one extra person can accompany you for free— that’s limited to one companion.

Also, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, but infants held in arms can join without any extra charge. We can’t wait to see you and your friend there!

The Lipstick Couture Experience involves selecting your lipstick color, texture, scent, and engraving, followed by the lipstick-making process. This can all be completed in just 30 minutes!

In contrast, the Colour Mixing Lipstick Experience includes all the basic steps of lipstick making but offers greater flexibility in customizing your lipstick color. Our Colour Specialist will take your skin tone and preferences into account to help you create the perfect lip shade. You can also add multiple active ingredients to your lipstick at no extra cost, and upgrade the lipstick case design for free, making your product even more personalized and unique. This experience lasts 60 minutes.

We offer a variety of textures to choose from. You can select from Hydra Matte for a seductive matte finish, Butter Crème for a soft and radiant look, natural formula SheerAir for a glossy and hydrating effect, and a glitter formula. Additionally, we also have lip balms and lip glosses available. We provide disposable lip-specific cotton swabs for guests to try out colors and textures to help you choose the perfect formula.

Yes, we provide a " Custom Lipstick + Lip Balm" bundle experience package. For just $580, you can create two high-quality lip products. You can add your favorite colours, scents, and engrave on the lip balm. Our Colour Specialist will be on-site to offer additional advice and help you complete your creations.

Absolutely! You can recreate a lipstick in the same color as your limited edition one at our store. We invite you to book the Lipstick Colour Mixing Experience, where our Colour Specialist will work diligently to create a shade that closely matches your limited edition lipstick.

Our store has limited seating, so we recommend that customers make a reservation in advance to ensure they have enough time for the lipstick customization experience. While we give priority to those with reservations, we also welcome walk-in customers. Please feel free to inquire about available time slots for same-day experiences.

Absolutely! Sending a unique customized gift to your friend is a wonderful way to show your thoughtfulness. If you don’t have time to customize the lipstick in person, you can call 2671 1288 or WhatsApp 6367 2505 at least 2-7 days in advance to place an order for a personalized lipstick with our Colour Specialist. We’ll make it easy for you!

A lipstick experience makes a thoughtful customized gift for a friend! You can prepay via FPS or bank transfer. Yes, our SheerAir base formula contains beeswax, sunflower seed wax, and candelilla wax. All ingredients are sourced from COSMOS and ECOCERT certified natural farms, which are committed to promoting environmentally and socially responsible practices.

OUT OF COLOURS lipsticks feature organic ingredients like shea butter. However, it’s important to note that because lipsticks require color pigments, they can’t be 100% organic. We prioritize using organic ingredients while ensuring you get the high-quality, vibrant shades you love.

We source our ingredients from top raw material suppliers around the world, including Sophim (France) and Vitae Natural (Australia). SheerAir is our natural selection finishing. All our ingredients are sourced from COSMOS and ECOCERT certified natural farms, which are committed to promoting environmentally and socially responsible practices.
